Playing with kitchen utensils – A masterclass for Enter The Arena
We really enjoyed hosting a masterclass for Enter The Arena’s cohort of established female entrepreneurs to help them rediscover their ‘Why’: the reason they set up their companies and the true power they can harness as they continue to scale their high-growth businesses.
Working together we were able to bring energy and fresh thinking to help each individual explore the meaning behind their work and articulate their ‘Why’. We invited them to consider their favourite thing in their kitchen and tell us why they love it. Everyone picked a utensil, mostly because they are enablers of greater things.
The exercise is just a small example of how we apply our Deconditioned Thinking methodology – our unique approach that gets us to unfiltered ideas.
Each contributor left the masterclass with a report on their Expectation Gap – the distance between their view of their brand, and that of a potential customer. We are delighted to be working with many of them in creating meaningful connections that will close their gap, so look out for some fresh new case studies soon.
